Green Synthesis of 7,8-Difluoro-6, 11-Dihydrodibenz[B,E]Thiophene-11-One of Baloxavir Marboxil -- Reducing Environmental Pollution

چکیده

Baloxavir marboxil is a novel anti-influenza drug with unique mechanism of action that can effectively treat both type A and B influenza. Key intermediate compound 7,8-difluoro-6,11-dihydrodibenz[b,e]thiophene-11-one not only an important component the chemical structure baloxavir but also essential in synthetic route drug. However, conventional synthesis methods for key usually utilize dangerous harmful chemicals cause significant environmental pollution during large-scale production. This article proposes new to facilitate production while integrating principles green chemistry. feature mild reaction conditions simpler steps result overall yield increase 64.9%. More significantly, reduces use hazardous chemicals, thus limiting generation waste industrial research offers potential control.
